Emily Martin – Senior Consultant
Emily Martin is a knowledgeable Human Resources professional with over 8 years of successful human capital experience. She has expertise in all areas of Human Resources including policy and procedure development, change management, compensation and benefits, and performance management. She has professional experience understanding and interpreting the scope of human resource laws and regulations as well as a proven talent for bringing sound resolution to employee relations issues.
Emily has worked with clients of a variety of sizes and industries, including the FAA, Department of Defense, and DecisionOne, Inc. Prior to becoming a consultant, Emily spent 5 years establishing and managing the HR department for a growing software development company.
Emily graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. Emily has been PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified since 2006.
