Bill Kessler is a Human Resources professional with over 8 years of experience driving best practices in the HR world. He began his career on the agency side recruiting for companies of all sizes and industries and moved into an HR Generalist role prior to his arrival at HR inTune.
Working for a 10,000 employee company gave him the experience necessary to develop his skills in all areas of HR including talent acquisition and management, training, HR reporting, and employee relations. His professional experience has helped him understand the importance of developing a successful corporate culture and aligning it with the goals of the organization.
He has his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Scranton in HR Management and is also certified as a Senior HR Professional (SPHR). Through his training and professional experience he can ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and effectively manage all HR issues for his clients.
